Role Summary:


This position will play a critical role in driving the growth of our Healthcare Business Unit. They will work closely with our engineering, production, and quality teams to develop and sell thermoformed packaging solutions that meet the unique needs of our healthcare customers. This position requires a deep understanding of both technical and sales processes, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.


Accountable for:



  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the healthcare sector, focusing on medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and other healthcare packaging needs.

  • Working closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products to the healthcare industry.

  • Maintaining and growing existing customer accounts by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales.

  • Providing technical expertise and support to customers throughout the sales process, including product development, testing, and validation.

  • Participating in industry trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote our products and services.

  • To assist in building sales and marketing infrastructure optimized for sales growth.




Minimum Qualifications:



  • Technical knowledge and ability to understand the thermoforming process and its capabilities.

  • Must demonstrate excellent presentation skills.

  • Willingness to travel as business and customer needs require (Approx. 25%)

  • An ideal candidate will possess a four-year engineering degree.




Desired Qualifications:



  • Relevant industry experience preferred (packaging, plastics, contract manufacturing, etc.) and experience with B2B sales with long sales cycles and/or medical device or pharma industry.

  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.

  • Experience selling at all levels of an organization.

  • Broad knowledge of manufacturing processes.
